Only the Server Owner can do the initial setup. After that, the owner can register trusted Admins, Mods, and optionally one or two Super Admins to help manage the bot.

A security bot can't stop what it can't see. If a scammer creates a new private channel that the bot doesn't have access to, it can't protect that channel. No. Tenor, Giphy, and Discord's own links are allowed by default. You can add your own domains (subdomains included), and lookalike domains still get blocked. Team and log channels can be exempted. Blocked links are deleted and logged, and you can optionally warn or time out the person who posted them.

Yes, but some bots can block ZTS Guard from joining or acting. Check your existing bots' settings before installing, and make sure no other bot sits above ZTS Guard in the role hierarchy.
